I like this but the power badge is held by many spammy users so it would be nice if we can turn that off.

2/ Todos:

1. Clean up accuracy of reply counts (a few edge cases here)
2. Need to roll this out to channels
3. Clean up power badge (bottom 10-20% has some uninteresting accounts)
4. Make easier for good new accounts to be classified as priority-worthy
