This is a great song, and I really liked the vocals. You mentioned in the description that it "could be written for someone else's catalog" but I think you really made it your own

That's interesting! Glad you're discovering new things about yourself along the way. I always thought writing for others was one of your goals, prob because you're doing 100 songs in 100 days. Hope you do a final recap when the challenge is over to share everything you learned. I think that would be cool

Thanks for that, I really appreciate it. It's one of those songs where it just has so much potential that can't properly be expressed in a challenge like this, and I can't wait to get started on editing it and making it better after the challenge.
I think the other thing, perhaps I should mention this in the blog post actually, is that it's a breakthrough - I think I could write for other people, which I didn't think used to be the case, which is a massive step as a songwriter.
