I love how they mention she spends three hours every day listening to new songs, but then go on to say that she and her team try to sift through as many of the 100,000 new tracks uploaded to Spotify each day as they can. Yeah after reading Filterworld and Mood Machine I don’t believe this is anything other than window dressing to help act like they’re not boosting cheaply produced crap they’re avoiding paying royalties for

Yeah I get that feeling as well for sure. Good. They should be panicking. Their data mining practices alone is a nightmare, and the list of unethical practices appears pretty long.
