I think electronic music reached peak popularity last decade. The people yearn for humanity.

Does Fred again.. count? I feel like he’s good at humanity 

I guess he’s an outlier. I’ve always thought what makes him stand out is being good at adding human elements to his music, making it feel really intimate and emotional. 

Maybe the whole humanity thing comes down to whether someone positions themselves as a DJ or an artist? Or do you think it’s more about the lack of vocals in electronic music compared to other genres?

He’s great. Nothing against it generally but yes he counts
