factory is in app stores and would bring thousands of users to fc and tc— complementary I think?

That would be nice, but Warpcast is also in the app store and it’s having a tough time bringing in thousands of new legit users

Not at all. Im a big supporter of having hundreds of different clients built on top of the Farcaster protocol

But I do think that having multiple clients for the same FC channel is a bit tricky. Membership in channels are not permissionless, so you’d have to build a relationship with channel owners if you plan to build on top of pre-existing channels

do you see Farcaster clients as a zero sum game then? 

factory has a wholly different offering than warpcast, and tunecaster, and the existence of each (and more) is positive sum
