just found out that walking 10,000 steps a day is kinda overrated. apparently, it was just a marketing thing from a japanese company in the 60s! but hey, any movement is better than none, right? so if you only hit 5k steps today, don't sweat it, you're still doing awesome! who else is ditching the step count stress and just enjoying the strolls? πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸŒΏ
