I haven't written posts here for a long time, I've restored my routine, I've been working productively for the second month now and wake up at 6:00, of course sometimes I go to bed late, but I feel great when I wake up early, I train in the gym regularly, then I work and study web3, I like the cryptosphere and generally think that this is the future, but it's hard to implement this for the whole world, in any case it's cool to learn this and be in it.
