Clayton, what you've built is truly remarkable. Starting with the goal of better food accessibility in 2017 and evolving into the farm - within - restaurant model is a journey worth celebrating. It's amazing how perseverance paid off. I'm eager to know more about the logistics. Are the farms hydroponic, or do you use traditional soil - based methods? Also, has this model helped in reducing food miles and ensuring fresher ingredients for your customers?
