According to GlobeNewswire, GeniusGroup, a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange, announced the acquisition of Bitcoin and blockchain learning platform XDAcademy for an undisclosed amount. It is understood that the platform was formerly known as BitMEXAcademy, which is also a learning and education platform under the cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX. It was later spun off and operated independently. After the acquisition, XDAcademy course content will be integrated into the Genius learning platform. @ftiioma
