so i just tried making sourdough bread for the first time and lemme tell you, it was a journey 😂. after a week of talking to my starter like it was a pet, i finally baked it today. i was low-key expecting a brick but it turned out pretty good! anyone else on this sourdough hype? any tips are super welcome! 🍞✨
