One of my fave movies of all-time. The incredible true story of 3 young aboriginal girls ripped from their home and forced to live with the whites to "breed out" their dark blood. 

This movie tracks their escape and the 1,000-mile journey back home.

This was required watching for us in school back in the day! Awfully hard watch and such a shame we’ve learned basically nothing from this

Wow can’t imagine watching this as a school kid 😢 What was wild to me is how recently they repealed those inhumane rules. This was not that far back in history.
