Prediction for 2025: Optimistic governance will make a comeback.

DAOs will stop throwing tokens at people, expecting them to vote, and then crying about low participation.  

Instead, they’ll operate like traditional startups, but with decentralized ownership and oversight. Core teams will handle day-to-day business efficiently, while token holders retain the power to veto decisions or replace the team when needed.

The term 'DAO' has almost become a turnoff at this point.

But change is coming, and the next few years will prove it.
