Wakeboarding and wakesurfing, yes, many times. This pic is definitely of someone wakeboarding. Wakesurfing does not use straps for a number of reasons.

Technically, no not really. Cookware made with Pyrex involves large automated glass casting machines to make the consistent shapes. Small plates, bowls, and all manner of smoking devices are achievable but the shape of Tupperware requires a big mold and press. Check this piece out. It shows the texture sand art makes.

As far as blown away goes I never committed much time to it as it's really about the "soft glass" medium which is different than Lampworking. What I work with is called Borosilicate. It's also known as Pyrex and is manipulated with a torch. My technique is like sand art and allows me to make patterns like this
