Moxie doesn't reward content based on quality It simply provides a few hundred accounts disproportionate power to distribute the token based on the accounts with which they engage https://warpcast.com/0xt0ny/0x60e6fee3 Sometimes that power happens to reward (objectively) quality content (e.g. @mazmhussain) But to say Moxie's design rewards the highest quality content simply isn't accurate

Bingo! I also think that how the SCV score is calculated should have been disclosed before the token launch. If you’re going to give a bunch of users the power to distribute money that isn’t actually theirs, people should know how that system works. I've said this before: printing a token and using a social graph for the airdrop isn't very innovative. The Moxie team definitely put more thought into it than the degen team did, but to me, they are still just speculative memecoins with a slightly different distribution style.
