With zkTLS, you can prove all sorts of things. An example: - Say I'm a huge Drake fan and I want to filter the entire Farcaster network to show only casts from other big Drake fans like me - Using zkTLS, I prove that I've listened to Drake at least 100 times in the last 30 days, earning myself a label or badge - Now, Warpcast and other FC clients can build a filter using that label or badge to show me users and feeds that match I know the teams at /opacity and /icebreaker are already working on stuff like this

I’m really glad you saw this cast. When I saw it, I thought about our conversation earlier this week about tagging proposals and have been thinking about it since. I've landed on wanting to “tag everything” on Farcaster, from channels to actions and everything in between

If you tag everything, you could do some cool stuff like grouping similar channels for easier discovery, something users have been asking for. I've also been thinking about how to verify different types of "proof of work" that users earn badges for, which could then be used to filter Farcaster feeds. But I want to go beyond just "I have a Twitter account" since anyone can make a bunch of those. With zkTLS, it seems possible to verify all kinds of info about a person without sacrificing privacy. Imagine earning a badge for proving you've purchased a certain number of albums on Bandcamp. We could then use that badge to filter feeds or even tokengate access to channels and other experiences
