It's so funny to see that these middle/upper managers in CeFi exchanges think they "have made it" and try to boss people around. But anyone who has been in this space for long enough will know that their position is just as vulnerable as a junior employee.

Whenever I see good old corporates doing these "how can we fix xxx problems" public panels, I often think to myself, "Don't pretend you are trying to resolve the very issues that were created by you and your organisations. You are saying it merely for your company's brand.
