This is one reason training forearms are extremely important. Pulling all that weight got my hands weak on this dropset The T-bar rows are my favorite back workout as it is, any form of rows always hits the back well, but isolation does a great job on that, hence why i love the chest supported row. 100 to 40 kg drop set, 2 sets for 25 reps each set. PS: how do i order a NOUNS glasses please?

My usual routine is the dumbbell press, bench press and tricep push down Need to work on forearm more
