Categories are broken down further into smaller categories. 
Users HAVE TO view the description of EVERY project in the category while curating their list to vote preferences.
Results are shared pseudo-anonymously with the community.

I love @pairwise I tested it and I love the upgrades since the last round. How does it help with discoverability exactly? Are the lists visible to badge holders?
