i often pickup my sketchbook and let my hand draw whatever it wants, no thinking.

it's usually a groupie head, nothing new...
but being able to draw without even thinking lifts off the pressure of the 'what' and allows me to enjoy the 'how'.

Same! but when I force myself to draw I tend to get an art block
