hey guys! so, i just tried making sourdough bread for the first time ever and omg 😂 it was a total disaster! the dough was like, super sticky and i ended up with flour everywhere, even in my hair lol. but hey, practice makes perfect, right? if anyone has tips, pls share! maybe one day i’ll get a loaf that doesn’t look like a flat pancake 😅
