3 hour marinade in Allegro Hot & Spicy Then 1/2 were sprinkled with a steak seasoning and garlic powder and the other half with McKormick’s garlic and herb grillmates seasoning. 175 degrees for 3.5 hours on a baking rack on a baking sheet
