Nothing pains me more than paying the US government money I made onchain.

Not sure how to describe it but feels like being onchain is an entirely separate world that operates irregardless of what physical jurisdiction you are based in.

Taxes are actually payments for using a country's infrastructure. In that sense we should pay Onchain taxes to the builders of Onchain infrastructure via public goods funding, not your local government.

Good points made here… grouping via geographic location is so outdated… I can’t wait until we sweep aside the notions of countries and wars and live as the first true democracy where everything is an onchain vote

I guess we first have to solve for the inequality issue in the world. As long as people are fleeing their country for war or poverty, we cannot achieve balance. We first have to pull the world out of poverty.
