I think it is a forced measure, as token exchanges destroy the system and lower the rate.

Yes, we all lock token to get allowance and get a bonus for it at the end of the month. 

But it's important to realize that this opportunity is given to us so that we can build strong connections with each other. 

❗️Another important task of our allowance is that we invite new users to the project with tips. 
When we tip new friends or people who have just signed up to Farcaster, we give them a chance to get interested in the project. 
You give a tip - the person thinks: “Ooo cool, I got tokens and I can exchange them for money, it's interesting and I want to participate in the project too”. I came to the project because my friends sent me tips too. 

⭕️You tip -> attract new users -> they buy and block $degen -> the price goes up and everyone is happy.

I think it will be more helpful if  the tips we give out count more than  the tips we receive.
