i think more so ur able to alchemize the energy all the shit thats fucking with your mental whether its school relationships or circumstances into something thats able to spark and create movement for u to do something, then it'd be beneficial
tapping into that survival mode of doing thing by any means necessary

ive only tjought about this because the best results ive obtained in life were either when i was having fun or when my back was against the wall and the whole world was against me. the fun part made sense but the other side of the coin didnt. still wrapping my head around it
