At least when it was FarCon venice, there were published "here's some places to stay, how far away, etc" and people had a good chance of being near other Farcasters. With this one, the pricing is so wildly erratic, the places so far away from each other, than it's more chaotic to find so I think most people are flocking to their group chats to see "hey where are you staying?"
