With only 10 followers you should be in the "replying" stage of social media. Broadcasting is kind of a waste of your time. The time it takes to cast to 10 people, could have been a meaningful reply to someone you'd like to connect with and who might follow you back. Build reply bricks Then grow a following foundation You got this, good luck!

Just find some user on telegram and follow each other I use that technique try searching for people on other app like twitter

There are two sides to this Getting real followers and getting bot followers Tbh if you’re good will get both but more of the bots You just gotta be active for 328 days check my profile
