anyone know why the poidh RPC on Base would be returning "http request failed" only for users in Nigeria? US users seem to be fine, but have had a ton of issues with Nigerian users not being able to submit a transaction

Tell them to use metamask wallet. If it doesn't work, tell them to.use a VPN!
