Yeah music helps a lot, as long as the mind is free it's easy to carry out small tasks, even multitasking.
Also, I'd suggest you try sitting under a cool tree or just staring at the night sky; that also helps a lot to calm the nerves ya know.
Sometimes, I feel so stressed and tired ASF, but just going for a work really help ya know.
You should also try new things like Skating, art or just something cool, just to ease the mind a bit. Swimming also counts haha.
Also, I'm a great cook too lol, I used to go the market a lot to buy food stuffs; and now I can prepare some good dishes, tho few. Hopefully you'II be able to try them someday haha 0 reply
