This week I built: Tested the EgoBlox project and added features to enhance structure, scalability, and testability. EgoBlox is a Telegram bot and USSD app that lets users buy airtime, data, pay bills, and send tokens using Base names, Telegram usernames, or wallet addresses. New features include endpoints for airtime, bill payments, and token transfers in app.controller.ts, integration of related modules in app.module.ts, and test cases for these functionalities in app.controller.spec.ts. This week I built: GasTracker is a Solidity smart contract designed to monitor and record gas usage for specific function calls on the Ethereum blockchain. It enables developers to analyze gas consumption, optimize smart contracts, and understand transaction costs. I used Solidity to write the smart contract, Hardhat for development and testing, TypeScript for the test suite, and Ethers.js to interact with the blockchain. This week I built I started a campaign called Matesonchain, with a mission to onboard all my classmates and friends onto @base and @farcaster . I plan to finance this through my weekly earnings from /base-builds This week: • I held a class with some of my mates, @zaafarani @janessuzzy @manborn , teaching them everything they need to know about Base, the on-chain economy, and building on Base. • I helped them set up Warpcast accounts. • I also got them basenames. @base is truly inspiring with its vision to bring billions of users on-chain, and I’m excited to see what unfolds as we move forward.
