If you hold degen, you get a daily allowance to tip degen to others. The allowance expires so if you don’t tip it it is lost. If you tip your max allowance daily, your allowance goes up. So it’s like an airdrop the community gives to itself.

Right now the minimum amount to earn a tipping allowance is 10k degen.
