Why hasn't Bittorrent been supplanted by an onchain protocol?

- Blockchain can be always online seeder of last resort
- Smart contracts can add economic incentive layer if needed

Performance and scalability 

File storage also is an issue bc decentralized storage isn’t as performant especially with large file sizes

Don't think IPFS compares to other solutions at scale with large files around performance but i'm not sure
