Best part about travel is the more you go to a country the less you feel like a tourist.

Finally starting to get the hang of Japan on my 4th trip.

Rarely need to ask for help to buy things or use public transit.

Seamless mobile payments (Suica is incredible) so very rarely need to take out cash or get held up in a line to buy anything.

No longer feel any stress traveling across the country and worrying about where to stay or what to do.

I still don’t speak a lick of Japanese but I’m able to communicate with taxi drivers very easily and get where I need to go without much trouble.

And now starting to meet people who are really tapped in local culture (specifically in music) opening up doors for way more shows and events here to come.
