here’s a way to explain crypto to new people: 

a blockchain is basically a book that we all own and can write in 

when one person writes something, it will also show up in every one else’s book 

this means that if one book burns, the information is never lost 

finance is a great first usecase for this book, but as these books get more advanced (scale) you can start writing stories on them, and eventually put the entire internet on there. 

so imagine a truth machine that can never be silenced or shut down.

Do you have a sense why more artists aren't posting their works onchain? 

In this book analogy, if more ppl can verify the originality of a piece/meme/work, why wouldn't they want to prove their ownership?

Awareness, Understanding and ease of use 

More artists need to understand that this is a way to build an audience, share their art and preserve their originality/ownership

Agreed that understanding and ease of use is still too challenging atm

I wonder how artist fans could help accelerate originality/ownership of a creator that hasn't been crypto pilled yet
