i’m critical bc i care and i want it to be better

thank you. i want to work on framing my critiques a little more on-side with the dev team, so they don’t hurt feelings or incite defensive refutation. all my critiques come from a place of love of product and earnest reaction. 

when we remove our ego, nearly all product feedback is supportive, even emotionally frustrated; saying something means you care.
