i was a die hard regular at this one coffee shop, so for ~7 months i got a comped cappuccino there (longer story) until they hired a ton of new staff.

when the new staff rang me up for a cap recently, my jaw dropped seeing $6 pop up (pre-tip).

i was like... is this normal?! and needed to find out for myself
