Bro, factually false just from sports watching itself. Watching sports on the east coast is awful for night games. Monday and Tuesday days every person is a zombie from staying up to midnight just to watch SNF and MNF. 10am pt nfl is better with coffee.

This is just the NFL and Sunday morning football is great but there’s also a lot of early evening games during the week Beyond NFL, west coast misses a lot of sports bc everything is during the day and the night games are only west coast games or teams generally
