For a bit now I’ve had a tough time focusing at work; I isolated the issue to some anxiety when I dive into work and there’s always so much to do. I’ve been working though the best ways to organize my thoughts and start of my weeks strong on Mondays. I’ve been using Hello Emerson’s worksheet each week to brain dump, prioritize action items and track how I was feeling. I’d highly recommend it, and it’s only $5 I believe!
