Warpcast Experiment: X-Posting 

A few users who were active on X but not FC were invited to cross post. 

We want to see if cross posting makes them more likely to engage with Farcaster (beyond the cross post). 

If that happens, we'll roll it out more broadly. If it doesn't we may pause it.

Good experiment. I hope that enabling crossposting for select big accounts with good content leads to more discourse here

If these users engage with comments on their posts here equally as they do on Twitter then I think some of them will find higher quality engagement and discussion here 

time will tell

yeah these crossposted accounts really should have reply bumping to elevate them in the feed and entice the users to reply and engage

I think they would definitely experience higher quality convos if more people could actually see those convos as they happened and join in (circling back to our discussion about this topic last week)

I think this takes time and this experiment deserves time to play out 

habits are hard to break and new habits are hard to form 

this opens the door to break the habit of opening up twitter to reply and potentially opening up warpcast to reply instead

big if that doesn't seem to be happening so far, looking forward to be proved otherwise but so far the experiment seems like a failure to me
