Did the right and left completely flip sides  on their economic policies because of trump? Seems like the right’s arguments for tariffs are what the left has been yelling for years and vice versa. E.g. the right for U.S. worker’s rights and the left for free trade

The working class in America has changed a lot over the last few decades.  Less industry and more knowledge workers.  The working class needs to stay nimble and adaptable but they certainly need better support and tools to do so.

Not really, the lefties in Seatle were right

But also the whole trade deficit problem was caused by corporations screwing the American working class to exploit foriegn labor, and now the American working class is getting screwed by regressive taxes via tariffs. 

Also there's a huge something to be said with how bad the material conditions are for the working class in America now, why bring back manufacturing to America so they can get worse
