We haven’t figured out a repeatable value prop. 

For some people it’s the people. That’s doesn’t scale.

For some people it’s make money. But that’s not consistent enough for every user.

What do you think Farcaster's main value prop is?

Here's my take but I think it could be refined:  

You should use Farcaster if you want a social network with a wallet attached to your account that makes it easy to transact with people and applications in an open and permissionless manner

its a great description but I don’t think its gonna hit as a value prop; did some research on this and most users don’t think of transacting on social outside of ecomm and the “open and permissionless” doesn’t matter to them.

What would you say the key value prop is?

i’d agree with dan that it’s not straightforward. the Twitter form factor makes it tough, too.

there’s a different reason why different groups join and come back, whether it’s money, friends, or what’s possible as a developer.

why i joined in the beginning wouldn’t be the case today.
