yeah i'd like to see a lot more places like you mention!   

I think we need to see more social clubs. Ideally either publicly funded or a space where people pay to be a member and that comes with benefits like access, ability to use the space to host events, bring +1s, etc.  Ideally these social clubs are focused around shared interested or a particular community

Places to play games in public, public performance spaces, I love a cafe that converts to a bar, I love a library with beverages, libraries (regular), community garden with statues (think Elizabeth garden), etc

More of the non commercial spaces that end up just being gentrification hubs
