Farcaster channels are decentralizing

We're going to need better moderation options

We should be able to use AlfaFrens data for channel moderation! 

Ideas:
- Only subscribers can comment
- Only top 5 stakers can create new posts
- Only old subscribers (ex >24 hours old) can post
