one of the key things I realized this year was that all the industry voices I thought mattered sooo much were people who were looking for their own purpose, too. growing their own platforms, turning having opinions on everything into some form of job. 

what I perceived of as the 'industry' were really just some nice people working on figuring it out

there are plenty of people with wisdom to share in crypto, but also none of this stuff is well established or successful enough for us to stop approaching it all from different angles 

no one has onboarded retail, really, and no one knows how to, yet. go do it, show us how, don't listen to anyone who claims that there is a single way because they haven't really nailed it yet either.
