A practical way to improve this situation is for Japanese who have not been shadow-banned in the past to actively cast in English overseas, and for Power Badge supporters to respond positively to those casts. Recently, Japanese who were shadow-banned in the past and wish to obtain a Power Badge have been creating new accounts. I created this cast in the hope that some people may not be aware of this situation.
