One important difference between shards and rollups that I did not get into is *upgradeability*: shards would upgrade their EVM automatically, rollups need their own governance. But could we change that? (thread)

Wondering who could create a Liquid Staking protocol that's fully permissionless, trustless, hyper scalable, with native trustless DVT built-in, that only took 5 minutes to set up for node operators, with collateral requirements of less than a high end laptop... Oh, wait a sec!

I'm really proud that ethereum does not have any culture of trying to prevent people from speaking their minds, even when they have very negative feelings toward major things in the protocol or ecosystem. Some wave the ideal of "open discourse" as a flag, some take it seriously.
