Reflections on Working at Hospitalist in the United States for One Year
My group schedule is very flexible, not the traditional 7 on 7 off, so my goal is to work hard, then take a day or two off to continue working, and then save a big vacation (10 to 20 days) to go out and play.
	
2. My workplace is considered a rural area, and the vast majority of patients respect doctors and do not ask you questions. I have not encountered such a situation before when patients search literature. If doctors can call family members to share the patient's condition at their request, they are usually very grateful and will not take it for granted.
