imagine if nouns itself produced its own proposals (ai powered for scale) filled with permissionless collabs nominated collaborators could accept onchain and complete the collaboration payment streamed over expected delivery timeline and dao can rug if it’s agreed the nominee is rugging instead of pumpfun for handouts, we become nouns bounties

AI wouldn’t be a grant recipient. Real people it/we choose for permissionless collabs would. But only if they choose to accept an offer.
