Let’s distribute some treasury nouns to true believers and see what happens in governance.

I’m part of a community here in Australia, that punches insanely above its weight. 

Can see a bunch of builders, like Bokky Poobah, being rewarded a Noun and sparking new interest and new ways of thinking. 

For example, his code has been used extensively throughout many Ethereum projects…

…his workshops have onboarded hundreds of devs, he was first non Larva Labs person to claim Crypto Punks, and despite being a veteran programmer, he’s still in the trenches, helping people learn, inventing new primitives, and fostering a powerful community.

Would support an every noun gets to hand out 1 treasury noun. Or something like that.
