Everyone has their own speed of life.

Yesterday I was asked: what would I say to a person experiencing spiritual emptiness? I answered: continue to live it to the fullest. Until you feel the strength to get up and take a small step.

😢Don't force yourself to be happy when you're unhappy, don't try on endless advice like "pull yourself together and force yourself to do something", "happiness is slipping away while you're crying", "the time isn't for dreaming, but for acting" and so on.

It's even more dangerous to compare yourself with those who are supposedly stronger, more powerful, more successful. Everyone has their own speed of life.

👌But even at the bottom, remember that the sun is shining above, and believe that the morning will definitely come when you wake up and understand: it's become easier.
