quest 3, no neck strain (headset is virtually unnoticeable) — but i only work standing so go to rmt once every 1-2 months, resolution is bombastic on quest 3 (i write a lot of code in it), the only eye-related thing you can get is cvs and it has no long-term effects, but i use non-medicated artificial eyedrops

Did you have Quest 2 before that? If yes, is the resolution difference that noticeable? I dont have a budget for the 3 🥹
